Psychiatric Evaluation. Done the way it should be.

A full diagnostic workup with a board-certified physician or psychiatric nurse practitioner. We listen first, measure carefully, and leave you with a clear plan, not a 15-minute script.

Treatment, explained simply.

What we evaluate

Your full picture, not a checklist

We look at mood, sleep, focus, anxiety, trauma history, medical context, and medications you've already tried. No piece of the picture gets skipped.

How long it takes

Sixty to ninety unhurried minutes

First visits run 60 to 90 minutes. That's deliberate. Real psychiatric care can't happen in the 15-minute slots most clinics force on you.

What you walk out with

A working diagnosis and a real plan

By the end of the visit, you'll have a clear understanding of what's going on, what we recommend, and the next two or three steps in plain English.

From consultation to lasting relief.

  1. Same-week intake

Often within 3 to 5 business days

Call or book online. Our care team verifies insurance, gathers records if available, and gets you on the schedule. We don't run waitlists.

  2. The evaluation visit

60 to 90 minutes, in person or video

You'll meet one-on-one with a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. We review your history, current symptoms, and what you actually want out of treatment.

  3. Diagnosis and plan

    End of the same visit

We share the working diagnosis, talk through options, and build a plan together. If medication, therapy, TMS, Spravato, or brain mapping makes sense, we say so and explain why.

  4. Follow-up scheduled

    Within 2 to 4 weeks

Your first follow-up is on the books before you leave. From there, we adjust based on what's working. You're never bouncing between disconnected providers.

You may be an ideal candidate if any of these ring true.

  • You've never had a real psychiatric workup, just primary-care prescribing.
  • You suspect ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, or trauma but want a proper diagnosis.
  • You've been on medications for years and nobody has ever stepped back to look at the whole picture.
  • You want a second opinion from a psychiatrist who treats patients on the floor, not a name on a website.
  • You're starting fresh in a new state and need a real psychiatric home.
